Have the condo association attorney review all applicable documents. There may be rights afforded to residents/condo owners to use common facilities, such as health club, tennis courts, etc. that may be tied to being in good standing as a condo owner. A failure to pay association fees may, depending on the documents, constitute a default for which specific actions are identified in the documents governing the condo.
