Trusts & Wills
question

If I have a irrevocable trust, do I also need a will?

answer

Probably. Unless the irrevocable trust holds every asset you will own at death, you will need a will as well to govern disposition of your assets However, if all of your assets that are not in the irrevocable trust are owned jointly or pass by beneficiary designation the will may be of little effect or relevance.

Are you sure you don't mean a revocable living trust?
